Elysee Hotel  is centrally located in the village of Göreme, in a restored farmhouse carved into the ancient rock and local tufa stone. It was first opened in 1991.  In 2011, the hotel underwent a major overhaul, 7 new rooms were added and the Belvedere restaurant was opened on the top terrace.

Elysee is a charming hotel where each room is unique. The owner Cengiz Han has always done his best to make his hotel a home away from home for all his guests. His knowledge of Cappadocia and all of its treasures ia a priceless asset which he gladly shares with his customers.

The hotel has a charming shaded rose garden where guests can relax and enjoy hot or cold drinks. The top terrace offers the best views in Göreme. Guests can enjoy a relaxed dinner there or a glass of wine, admiring  the beauty of the Red, Rose or Pigeon valleys. The terrace is also an excellent place to watch the balloons at sunrise or enjoy the sunset.

Hotel staff will gladly help with suggestions on what to do and where to go. They can also book daily sightseeing or walking tours, balloon flights, the Turkish Night or whirling dervishes ceremony. Whichever problem or question you might have, they will do their best to help you.

We have 18 rooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms. There is 24-hours hot water and in the cooler months all the rooms are fully heated. Free wi-fi is available in the whole hotel. We have 4 cave rooms, others are traditional Ottoman-style rooms. Many of the rooms have a spectacular panoramic view of the fairy chimneys and surrounding valleys.
